Being in your classes is like being in another world for me. No Stress, Lot's of fun and Great Food.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Your Knowledge and personality is what keeps me coming back !

The atmosphere was: Food has never been so sexy !

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was 5 Star. It was like being at the Left Bank at half the cost.

The Skills that you learn were: I learn something new everytime.

The "Traditional Thanksgiving" cooking class exceeded all my expectations! I learned a lot, had a fun evening and enjoyed a delicious meal at the end. What more could a person want?!! I will definately sign up for more classes with Chef Jean- Pierre in the future!!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: The chef was very informative, interesting, funny and always willing to answer all my questions.

The atmosphere was: I enjoyed the participation from the group.

Complexity of the information provided: A couple of the recipes were a little complex for me, since this is my first cooking class, but I am not discouraged and will be trying most for my Thanksgiving meal.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The meal was outstanding! One of the best Thanksgiving meals I have had!

The Skills that you learn were: I learned a lot, since this was my first class.
