I was seated at the end of the wall and close to the wall. The mirror doesn't extend far enough for anyone to see everything if he is on the far end of the counter. It would be great if you extended the mirror on either side.

I always learn new things from these classes. I bring company here all the time because it's such a wonderful class to share with "Foodies". THANKS !!!!

Food was excellent! Mouse was very good but needed a contrasting item to go with it for texture.
