Bleacher style seating around the stove and counter would have been so much more enjoyable because we would be able to see directly into the pot on the stove.

Vinegars were even more delicious than in past visits. Keep up the great job! Wish the crowd was more attentive so Chef didn't have to talk over them. Maybe we will try a class next rather than couples night to see if they are more attentive. Thanks.
