Enjoyed the entire experience, especially the helpful hints & variations. Didn't know Publix sold quail eggs. The level was very good.

As always, the class was both educational & entertaining and the food was AMAZING. However, it still takes too long before the first course is served. Perhaps having appetizers available at the start or bread w/ cheese & olive oil at the tables when we're seated. Thank you.

great class but the wait for the first course is too long. please have some quick little appetizers or perhaps a nice french bread w/ cheese or olive oil & balsamic vinegar to dip. its hard to concentrate on the class when you're hungry for dinner.
