My feedback could be when many dishes are to be prepared and make the session a little bit long, maybe have your assitants interact. The class was long allthough enjoyable! Thanks for such a nice time!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Except for the soup. I think the corn was not cooked enough and the soup not tasty enough.

The Skills that you learn were: The vanilla in the puree is great, the cutting and presentation of the turkey are very useful skills for me

Would you come back: A little bit tired, and I forgot to bring wine!

Some of the recipes cooked didnt match with the recipes we recieved but other than that I liked the class very much

Thank you Chef for such a great Thanksgiving Feast without the cooking and cleaning! We all enjoyed it. All recipes were a hit! Highly reccomended class.

I love coming the the classes. I have told everyone I know about the school and can't wait to come again soon.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: JP is consistently entertaining every time we have come!

Complexity of the information provided: I have made several of the recipies and they have all come out very well by following the recipies/cookbook

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The pumpkin creme brulee was outstanding, as well as the butternut squash and carrot casserole

The Skills that you learn were: JP's tips are very helpful to me, I am in culinary school and find each class fun and knowledgeble

I can't wait to come back. I'd like to try a smaller class sometime.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Made me feel like we'd known each other for years. Very down to earth and funny. He must have been in diapers at Left Bank!

The atmosphere was: Too much background talking by some guests. Chef and Chris made the atmoshere fun.

Complexity of the information provided: There wasn't anything I would not be afraid to try on my own. Some were very easy, some more complex.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I loved everything. Soup was my favorite and I don't like cumin. I've nevere done cranberries from scratch but will now but with less mint. They best gravy I've ever had.

The Skills that you learn were: I learned a few new tricks but the skills I'll practise the most was gravy making and turkey carving. I was glad nothing was too complicated.

Would you come back: I've been bragging to coworkers all day.

I really enjoyed the calss and found many useful tips that I will be able to use in everyday cooking. The chef was very entertaining and the food was spectacular!

The Turkey stuffing wasn't my favorite but the rest of the meal I plan to duplicate for Thanksgiving.
