Took a little long to prepare food, making eating time later. Food was good however since it was steak, there were limited pieces of more well done steak, most were rare.

Thank you Jean Pierr, I am learning a lot from you each class and try to practice right away at home and at work. ( Occasionally cooking for hire for owners and guests on yachts).
Additional comments and observations

The Instructor (Chef) was?: As always I had a pleasure not only to find out little secrets and tricks but to have a great time!

The atmosphere was: Lots of fun! Love your sense of humor.

Complexity of the information provided: That's amazing how easy everything looks when Jean Pierr creates.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Absolutely fantastic. Filet Mignon was melting in a mouth! And what a mozzarella!!!! We had our friends with us and to experience the whole process and the food together was wonderful, better than in a restaurant ;). Great Menu to entertain indeed.

The Skills that you learn were: So many tricks I have learned I didn't even think about. Filet Mignon cuts, mushroom info, pastry and crepe tric. Thank you very much.

Would you come back: It was a very enjoyable evening as always!

I can't wait for my brother (an aspiring chef and wine distributor) to visit so I can have him sit in on some classes. He will love it!
Additional comments and observations

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean Pierre makes cooking not only entertaining, but he makes you feel that you CAN do it!

Complexity of the information provided: Although the recipe is advanced, the Chef gave helpful hints to make it easier for those of us that may be apprehensive--such as purchasing pre-made crepes--so we feel more confident.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: one word--YUMMMMM!

The Skills that you learn were: From learning the savings difference in purchasing a whole roast rather than seperately cut filets to how to "clean" the fat off the roast to holding your knife in a certain way to core a tomato, we learned useful skills to use and share with others.

After only one class, you recognize the knowledge, training and presentation skills of Chef JP. A true master at his craft.
Additional comments and observations

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef JP does a lot of SHOW along with so cooking. It's like a night-on-the town with cooking thrown in for good measure.

The atmosphere was: Always a fun atmosphere and if anybody doesn't have fun, them their in the wrong place.

Complexity of the information provided: The recipes always look easier than what they acutally are but that's why you go to the class, to learn how to cook.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The basic recipe are good but the sauces are what put them "over the top".

The Skills that you learn were: It's the little "tips" that really help make the cooking easier.

Would you come back: You can't but help to laugh at some of the things that almost go wrong even with an experienced Chef.

The menu was fantastic. Filet with the pastry crust would wow! any audience. The appetizer was unbelievable. The only change that I would consider on this amazing menu was the crust for the desert. I would have prefered a more nutty crust without the choclate chip. Just my two cents of suggestions for the day. Cheers
