I thought it was very professional and upon another trip to Ft Lauderdale will definately join another class and have since recommended it to several friends

Two suggestions for improvements - the recipe handouts and how Chef Jp makes the dishes are not very close, I had to make many notes and revisions, would have preferred to have an accurate recipe. Also the class is advertised as 20 Minute Meals. One of the 4 dishes presented was a 20 minute meal, the rest required much more time.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The standout dish was salmon with chardonnay sauce. Most dishes were good, salmon was very good. Each dish would have improved with a bit more salt added in my opinion. The Skills that you learn were: Chef JP's tips and techniques were very helpful and I plan to incorporate several of them into my future dishes. Would you come back: Very enjoyable evening all around.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Life is good - God Bless America! The atmosphere was: We had much comical entertainment from a student who needed to be cut off! Complexity of the information provided: I'm fresh out of college and just learning all the cooking techniques so I would say for me they are average and for an experienced cooker they are very easy! Great recipes. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Fantastic! They chicken breast stuffed with ham and mozzarella was by far my favorite! The Skills that you learn were: I learned much more than just the recipes! For example, the usefulness of cold starch, freezing garlic puree, and allowing onions to cook longer to be sweeter. Would you come back: Definitely attending more classes!

Thank you for this feedback opportunity. I thought everything was excellent! The only suggestion I can think of, being a cooking novice, is maybe labeling the ingredients on the counter. I was sometimes wondering what something was. I had a great time! I will be back again. Thanks.

It was my first, but definitely not my last class. The chef made it fun and relaxing.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Never a dull moment... interacted very well with the audience... enjoyable from start to finish. Complexity of the information provided: The chef made it alot of fun... never really followed one recipe from start to finish...just like I would do at home. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Amazing!!! The Skills that you learn were: It was my first class yet it was very understandable and alot of fun.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef JP is chock full of personality!! The atmosphere was: great atmosphere--a bit too crowdedd, especially for those of us along the side where we couldn't see the activity in the mirror. Complexity of the information provided: I voted "average" because of the amount of ingredients...lots of chopping and cutting for us beginners! The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: SO WONDERFUL!!! The Skills that you learn were: I learned so many new things! My mother does a lot of the things Chef talked about and so do I but we never knew why we did them! eg-sweating the onions, adding moisture after garlic, etc.
