Complexity of the information provided: Although we do not yet own all of the beneficial kitchen gadgets, the recipes were presented in such a way that we feel we can improvise with what we have, the same being true about "some" ingredient changes, with the result being nothing but delicious.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Learning the best places to buy fish, and also learning about the best vanilla, olive oil, etc. to use, clearly resulted in incredibly delicious food.

Would you come back: I was concerned that sitting and watching a cooking class may be boring (I like to do), but Chef Jean Pierre's personality and instruction made the class truly enjoyable!
