Complexity of the information provided: Although we do not yet own all of the beneficial kitchen gadgets, the recipes were presented in such a way that we feel we can improvise with what we have, the same being true about "some" ingredient changes, with the result being nothing but delicious.

Would you come back: I was concerned that sitting and watching a cooking class may be boring (I like to do), but Chef Jean Pierre's personality and instruction made the class truly enjoyable!
