The tortellini with proscuitto and vodka sauce is on the menu for Thursday night. Bill and I have shopped and can't wait for the rave reviews on this meal. Thank you for giving me the extra information on my substitutions for wine and port in recipes. I always learn something new every time I come.

I have been taking classes from the chef for a few years now. Each class has been wonderful but this class is definitely on the top of my list. Very creative and delicious. My friends will enjoy these recipes when I entertain. Is it a wonder they call me a gourmet cook?!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I always enjoy watching the chef explain how to prepare the recipes.

Complexity of the information provided: I made two of the three recipes the next day and was surprised how easy and delicious they were. My husband told me both were keepers!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: No comment needed, the food was amazingly delicious.

The Skills that you learn were: As in all classes I take with chef jean pierre, I learn something new in each class I take.

Would you come back: My girlfriend and I take classes together so we can sit for a couple of hours and have fun. This school has brought us closer. I bring other friends for the same reason. We always talk about the classes and how enjoyable, helpful and educational they are in our lives.
