I never thought I'd like this sort of thing, but I have gone twice and had a great time both times. I'll be coming with my 84 year old mother next time for her birthday.

It was our first class, so we weren't sure what to expect. We enjoyed a wonderful evening!

The food was delicious. We loved the little tips we picked up throughout the class and try them at home. We will be back again!

A group brought their own bread as an appatzer before the food and it would have have been great if bread was provided by the class to taste all the different olive oils. I know I would be more willing to buy the olive oil after the class.

Nothing. (Well, maybe offer the classes for free - laughing out loud) I will be signing up for the 101 Classes and very much look forward to learning how to cook - even though I am 57 - I never enjoyed cooking until taking a Chef Jean class. I can see how this may become addicting.

I purchased an infused olive oil and vinegar. Last night I only used it with salad greens - nothing else. It was AMAZING. I have to come in to buy some more.

A little better detail on the receipt would help! Yellowtail called for foil to be place on it while baking but didn't do that in class. Tips the Chef gave as well as explanations of why he did certain things was outstanding and very helpful!

The class was so much fun! The food was delicious and I was excited to learn the recipes made, as they were easy to do but seemed like they took a lot longer than they did aftyer they were done. Chef Jean-Pierre was very funny and also had little helpful hints.

My husband and I were invited to 'cooking class' and at first we were skeptical, doing it only to hang out with our friends, but we genuinely enjoyed it and will look forward to bringing other in on the fun. Thank you !

Complexity of the information provided: I thought from the title it would be 10 minute meals, but these delicious dishes would definitely take me much more than 10 min to get from prep to oven or table. Otherwise, i did appreciate the simplicity of the recipes.
