I would have never known about this experience if my daughter had not surprised me with a gift certificate. It was amazing. Loved how the chief interacted with the group. He was very clear how each dish was prepared, welcomed questions from the group. I was also impressed with the sous chef, the complemented each other very well. Looking forward to another awesome experience in the near future.

Sad to say, Chef now makes the 2nd best Coq au Vin on the planet. And the French Malbec is the perfect wine to cook with and accompany! Be well ----- Scott Forman

Would you come back: Always a wonderful experience. Our son and daughter-in-law thoroughly enjoyed their first visit to the cooking school and look forward to returning.

The stuffed chicken was great. I bought Purdue chicken at Sams, and the breasts were huge, so it was easy to make the cut and stuff them. I assume Chef used cracker barrell cheese for that recipe, only because of the shape, and it turned out great. I need to get one of those little thermometers though.

Complexity of the information provided: I agree that the best food is simple food. All three recipes are things I liked and will make. Other than some prep time, the recipes are very simple.

Third class...and again a wonderful time learning easy recipes for what I used to think were difficult to prepare dishes.
