The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Coq au vin was to die for ! Ive got to get a potato ricer The mashed potatoes were like velvet, Im going to make the port raisin sauce as soon as possible! Aurielle wine that was shared we me was excellent! Thanks Frank

Complexity of the information provided: CJP makes it very easy to understand the "why" not just the "what".

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Came for the Coq au Vin which was really good, but the other two were even better!

Would you come back: A fantastic combination of learning, entertainment, and tasting.

I am afraid that one group of people that attended were quite disruptive. They had way too much to drink and seemed to forget that this is a class where people like to enjoy themselves, but are also here to learn. Many times they were so load that it was difficult to hear and I was in the front row. This is not fair to the others in the class.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean-Pierre was his usual entertaining self. He really makes sets the mood for the class and for learning. He is great fun!

The atmosphere was: The class was quite cheerful. It is always entertaining and helpful.

Complexity of the information provided: No matter how many elements are involved, Jean-Pierre has a way of making things seem easy and obtainable for everyone, which in fact they are. The information is always helpful and translatable to other dishes as well.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: These dishes were really delicious. All three were good. The chicken with the Port Wine was superb. I will make it this weekend.

The Skills that you learn were: Once again, even after all the classes that I have attended over the years, I picked up some new information and skills that I could not have learned on my own or with just a cook book.

Would you come back: I will continue to come back. The evening is entertaining and a great learning experience.
