We are thrilled that we had the opportunity to experience a class and hope to attend another before Chef retires. Watching the coordination of the recipe steps while teaching the class reaffirmed how much we have to learn.

I would have liked to have had the option of adding spice to my plate. I was expecting the dishes to be quite spicy considering their ethnic origin, but I couldn't discern much pepper in any of them.

Nothing. I need recipes I can make in advance for fun dinner parties. Chef Jean-Pierre will make entertaining easier and delicious.

It was my first class at Chef JP cooking school and I am thrilled! Absolutely kicking myself for not coming sooner. Great food and I felt the love. Thanks so much.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: As always without the upbeat good humor of Jean-Pierre, the class would not be nearly as interesting or as much fun. The entire experience revolves around him.

The atmosphere was: The classes are always fun. I have been to over 20 + classes and I am always entertained while I am learning.

Complexity of the information provided: Great way to make good meals in only a few minutes.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: As I am writing, I must be careful that I don't salivate on my keyboard thinking of the food that we had. It was really good!

The Skills that you learn were: Once again, I have learned things that could not be learned on my own.

Would you come back: I am already signed up for more classes.
