Hands down my favorite so far. We have been to many classes, but the food and the atmosphere at this particular class were amazing. Wishing Chef Jean Pierre a speedy recovery, but his Sous Chefs were amazing and it was a joy having them be such a big part of it. The dynamic trio. Best class!! Thanks as always for making this the only gift that my father will take for his bday and fathers day. My sister and I LOVE doing this with him. :)

The hallmark of an effective educator is that they enable others to stretch and take action. This is who Chef Jean Pierre is!!! Every time we take a class with him, we walk away with the knowledge and courage to step out of our comfort zones and cook like a pro!

I went to this event solo and sat with some locals who made me feel very welcome. The food was absolutely superb. I learned many techniques from Chef Jean-Pierre.

Absolutely wonderful meal, made the dish the following day. Came out perfect. Training at Jean Pierre's school has been a highly rewarding experience and greatly improved my culinary skill and knowledge.

The risotto was fantastic. My grandfather was from County Cork so the beef in Guiness will be added to my menu for St. Patrick's Day. The meat was so tender and having it with mashed potatoes, as any good Irishman would, has one wanting monre, more, more.

The class was very well organized and Chef JeanPierre is a character. I didn't know what to expect from a cooking class but now that I've tried I'll definitely go back for more.

It is an evening of dinner theatre pleasure...Great cooking hints, a delicious meal, and very enjoyable chef...A GREAT EVENING OUT....come with friends, make new ones.
