The Instructor (Chef) was?: This was a first time Class for myself and didn't know what to expect. But I was very pleased as the chef was informative and very joyful. You can see he loves what he does.
The atmosphere was: The chef had a lot of feedback from the audience and I was pleased to see what a following chef has as there were many regular attendees in the class
Complexity of the information provided: I'm please to say that I tried the recipe of the rack of lamb for my husband. This was actually suppose to be a class for him for our anniversary but he wasn't able to make it but at least I was able to succesfully recreate the lamb and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it!
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The taste was supreme. I loved the flavours aromas and the texture of everything.!
The Skills that you learn were: So many tips and tricks I was able to pick up learning about how food reacted to temperature and also the right utencils.
Would you come back: I really enjoyed the class and so did my friend that came with me.
