The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef seems burned out on the culinary business, but very friendly and knowledgeable. Provided great tips on where to buy supplies, etc.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: This was about cake decorating, using fondant & buttercream icing, so the class was naturally less about the taste than the presentation. Chef did, however, mention the option to flavor the fondant and taught us how to flavor the butter cream icing, which is very useful info.
