Excellent recipes. I really enjoy learning from Jean Pierre, his sense of humor and teaching style makes learning to cook a rewarding experience.

I enjoy last night as I have every class I've taken however the Guy sitting behind me was disruptive, disrespective, and annoying. We are all here to learn and have fun but it took all my control to keep my opinion to myself. I didn't turn around to look at him so I don't know who he is. In spite of this fool, last night was great. Oh, the temperature was just right.

The class was very informative and at the same time fun. Jean-Pierre is a true professional! This class really hit it out of the park. The food was as my cajun friend in New Orleans used to say "was enough to make a bulldog break his chain"

More instruction, maybe not so many recipes at once

Been coming for years and Chef never disappoints...always love the recipes and the many tips I have accumulated over the years! Can't wait til next time!
