This was my first class and it exceeded my expectations. I booked the class as an anniversary gift for my wife and it was perfect. Jean Pierre was great, engaging and posed for pictures at the end. Loved it.

I think it would be more helpful to make the recipes simpler to follow. Maybe a shopping list of all the ingredients. So before we leave we can purchase the oil, vinegars or special spices used. And than we can take the sheet to the grocery store. With the list of ingredients.
