The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: This was THE BEST TURKEY and DRESSING I have ever eaten!!! No Kidding! We ADORED the RAVIOLI....very impressive and easy to do!!! You make everything look EASY TO DO and AN EASY SOLUTION to what might need adjusting. This gives the newby cook permission to alter and be BOLD with cookiing!
The Skills that you learn were: ALWAYS there are new things to learn from you! The cooking temp for the turkey was new for me last night. Why not to stuff the turk! I like it that you challenge the class like that!
