Complexity of the information provided: You make cooking easier for me since I've been coming to classes.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Stuffing and gravy were fantastic! And the turkey and the cranberries were great! Pumpkin Ravioli also excellent, and the reason I chose that class. Thanks Veggies undercooked.

The class was fun as always. We didn't taste one of the recipes because the Chef did not like it. I actually appreciate his honesty when a recipe does not go right.

Appreciated the fact that the soup and another course came out before the main entre. At that hour of the night it's easy to get real hungry .

Chef is great, really enjoy the classes. Would welcome in the future for the Chef to consider "true" 20 minute recipes for during the week type of cooking versus entertaining AND recipes that may be considered healthy (i.e. lite)

The atmosphere was: most of the time, the audience is welcoming. sometimes people do get a bit out of hand, and it hinders the ability to listen/ask questions

Complexity of the information provided: I've been able to re-produce many of the recipes -- most of time with success

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I like that Chef had a few problems with some of the recipes and shrugged it right off. It helps make you realize that everyone has some bad cooking experiences...you've just got to be flexible and keep going!

Complexity of the information provided: a little of both ends...some very easy (root veggies), some a little more complex (gravy)

The Skills that you learn were: Loved the tips about cooking pumpkin, using cornstarch as a thickener (and how it reacts with fat), cooking and carving the turkey

Would you come back: Great atmosphere - not at all intimidating or stuffy, but very professional, and lots of fun!

The atmosphere is always casual and we can expect the unexpected. That makes it interesting and fun.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I especially enjoy the way that you are candid and show great inventiveness when things don't go exactly as you planned.

The atmosphere was: I always feel I'm going to have a great time when I'm in the class.

Complexity of the information provided: I have tried most of the recipes with great success.

The Skills that you learn were: I was impressed with what I could do with the new Swiss diamond fry pan that I bought. You gave me a great idea for cooking steaks, etc.

Would you come back: This was a birthday gift from my friend Linda. We give each other a present to your class every birthday.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef.....we love you....we love your foods...we love your wonderful attitude about things that may not turn out because it happens to all of us!!! You show us how to pick up the pieces and make it great! We think CHRIS is terrific as well!

The atmosphere was: Bob and I really enjoyed the people...nice people that LOVE YOU!!! It was just so funny about Joan and the Turkey Temp-cook time! I will say with your class is ALWAYS A DELIGHT and DELICIOUS!!!!

Complexity of the information provided: Your recipes are easy to follow and eality repeated at home!!! I know because I make them!!!!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: This was THE BEST TURKEY and DRESSING I have ever eaten!!! No Kidding! We ADORED the RAVIOLI....very impressive and easy to do!!! You make everything look EASY TO DO and AN EASY SOLUTION to what might need adjusting. This gives the newby cook permission to alter and be BOLD with cookiing!

The Skills that you learn were: ALWAYS there are new things to learn from you! The cooking temp for the turkey was new for me last night. Why not to stuff the turk! I like it that you challenge the class like that!

Would you come back: We loved shopping afterwards! Can't wait to have a land-based kitchen and come to you for "THINGS!" :-)

I've been going to Chef Jean-Pierre's cooking classes for about 6 years now & I really look forward to it. It's too bad there is not enough room to put in the counter like they had in the Plantation location. That is the only drawback.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: It's always enjoyable. I\\\'ve been to other cooking classes & this is by far my favorite. Jean Pierre is always entertaining . The food is always outstanding!

The atmosphere was: It is a warm comfortable atmosphere.

Complexity of the information provided: Some recipes are more involved than others .. but everything is always delicious. There is not one answer, especially since there were alot of different recipes.

The Skills that you learn were: No matter how many classes I go to, I always take home some cooking information or shortcut that is extremely helpful

Would you come back: I always look at it like a fun & entertaining evening out with great food.
