Chef JP was a great "ring leader" in his new role and Bradley was great in his. Lee Anne was "leading lady" with her heavy duty on the risotto Did I mention the food was excellent.
and her other back up duties. All in all, a great team effort was made and accomplished.

Let people know they won't be eating until after 9:00 so they eat something before arriving, or, have a first course or appetizer earlier.

Our first time and it was fabulous. So much better than our dinners at Mortons and other restaurants. We want to bring others with us to experience this venue.

Don't change a thing!!! I brought my husband for his birthday and an early 25th Anniversary gift. It was absolutely the best "date" night out in a long time. We'll definitely plan on attending more classes with Jean-Pierre and Riley...can't forget Ann either, she was very sweet!!! We'd recommend Chef Jean-Pierre's Cooking School to everyone!!!

Class was great. We have taken a number of classes now, but that was the first time in the expanded/refurbished facility -- Beautiful!!! At one point it did get cold, but no big deal.
One nice addition would be to have bread on the tables during class (the tables are a nice addition themselves!). It would just be nice to have with the wine, and while watching the great food being prepared. Just something to snack on to hold everyone over until 9 oclock when all of the food starts to rollout.
