Find out how to get better seats as we couldn't see what was going on. Maybe suggest that preparations be done closer to the center of the mirror.

Providing a list of where the fresh ingredients and meats can be purchased would be helpful for those who would like to duplicate the dishes for entertaining at home. Suggest a large water bottle be available at each row of tables as well as water glasses.

He made the night FANTASTIC and I'm sure his food is amazing. It was a comedy show as well ! Loved HIM !!
