Normally we leave a class feeling satiated, it seemed like the portion sizes were much smaller last night. We were still a bit hungry following the class.

Loved learning about cooking elk & octopus. Perhaps another elk class with juniper berries for the fall/winter?
Chef Bamba's class also amazing.(I missed the email)
Perhaps at some point in the future? wild boar ragu,tarte flambee, a baccala dish? rustic french or italian dishes?
