We were very happy with everything and think you have things just right with us.

We feel taking a cooking class is both educational and a very fun activity. We love the stress on healthy eating! Thank you Chef Jean-Pierre!

I really enjoyed the entire class last night. The only suggestion I have is perhaps making wine varietal pairing recommendations on your web site before the class.

As much as I love the "smooth as silk" sauces, there may be a nice contrast with some crunch of a toasted nut or veggie. Fiber is so important ...at least in the diet of a person with diabetes..and everyone can enjoy the contrasts on the plate. Just in my humble opinion :)

once people register, send out a "suggested" wine list for the pairings. I brought a Chardonnay which was okay, but i would have liked a suggestion for a Shiraz...

I am not a cook, at all, and live alone, so when I do have a guest, its usually just a dinner for 2. I would enjoy and attend a class for "a meal to impress" for a dinner for two, for single people....(second or third date for the 50+ crowd) This was one of the best, very best experiences I've had since moving from NH. My guests were thrilled with the evening, and this will be a "must do" on all of my tours as friends and family visit from New England....I would really appreciate and use a "frequent student card" for discounts on courses, and items from the store! One other suggestion: as you know, people here are nuts about their dogs! How about an evening class where you prepare food for both owner and pet? I belong to a group called "wine and dine with your canine" and we go all over the place as restaurants provide us a separate dining area by reservation..... I'll bet a cooking class that combines "dog treats and human eats" (allowing dogs to attend, of course, would be a huge hit!) As you may know, the NY Hilton has a reservation only event a few times a year where they close the hotel and only allow people and their dogs.....the reservations sell out quickly, its a fixed menu, and is $200 per couple (owner and dog)...not including champagne or wine! enjoyed the "staples" for a dinner or lunch very much...the dessert was superb... YUM.. thank you very much.. oh and yes lots of giggles and smiles.. I always enjoy my time in "school"... Merci Beaucoup. Heidi W.
