I love the classes, love the chef, Love the whole experience. First time my wife went and she loved it too. Thanks for doing it!

Additional comments and observations
My only negative comment comes with a suggestion. We had a mother (late 60's and came late) and daughter (late 30's) talk the whole time. As a matter a fact, when the third dish came out the mother said I think this is fish. It was "Casual Fish Class" the only reason I didnt turn around and say something was because I wanted to keep the experience positive and not bring it to my wife's attention because she was so into the whole experience. My suggestion is this, maybe in the beginning of class, a creative way to say, please keep conversations about the class and not last nights party or your sisters baby...lol...its the only time its ever happened at a class I have been at and it wont discourage me form coming to another, I already have reservations! Just thought I would mention.

The disruptiveness of some attendees was annoying. But I don't know what you guys can do about it. Chef JP handled it as best he could in a gentlemanly fashion.

Thanks for putting together the fish series. I was in a class about a year ago where we students really pleaded with him to do it.
