If more prepared foods by the chef were offered, I believe they would sell. But I love the sauces & Gravy and more that is offered.

Everyone is always in such a good mood. Delightful and relaxing. One of South Florida's top 3 best things to do!!!

Fine balance between people having a good time, and people getting drunk on the wine they bring, and getting very loud and a bit obnoxious. Puts JP in a funny position...you want people to enjoy the class, but there were times people in the front row could barely hear him over the raucous laughs of the drunk ladies in the back. How about getting JP a microphone?

Change your menu listing to mention shrimp in the au gratin appetizer...it was very good, but not as advertised...I had just seen it yesterday in prior reviews. I understand that a recipe is just a basis for the dish, and one should improvise, but adding shrimp fundamentally changed the appetizer.

everyone in our party of 4 agreed that the portion sizes could have been more generous, especially since it was evident that there was a good amount of stew and potatoes remaining. A wine pairing option would be a nice addition as well!

The atmosphere was: Every class has one annoying "stupido" that you want to throw a pie at!

Can anything be done about continuously loud, rude people? There were several in this class and I found it difficult to hear Chef. Even when others said "Ssh!" to them it had no effect. I found it disrespectful to Chef and discourteous to the rest of us who wanted to learn.

The atmosphere was: I was irritated by a group who talked loudly throughout the entire class. I have not experienced this in any of Chef's other classes, or I would not have returned.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Beyond succulent!!!!!!

The Skills that you learn were: I always learn valuable lessons when I attend Chef's classes. He is a rare chef who combines fabulous culinary technique with interesting instruction and great personality.
