Leanne, I loved this class! The representative from the winemaker was great, even if I couldn't understand everything that he was saying. JP's food pairings were a good balance with the wine. I think JP's French accent was getting stronger, the longer the rep kept speaking. Fun! I would take this again.

We have attended a lot of your classes over the past year and they've all been wonderful, but this class was the BEST! We loved the food and the champagne pairings with the dishes were out of this world. Chef Jean Pierre was on the top of his game and all of the courses were spectacular. We really enjoyed the presentation of the different champagnes by Enguerrand Baijot of Lanson. It was evident that everyone was having a wonderful time because there was a lot of laughing and spirited conversation. We hope that you can do another "champagne dinner" again very soon! Thank you for a very memorable evening, Jean Pierre!

Would be great to make the mirror above the counter a bit wider so people sitting on the back to the left or the right can see more!
