The Instructor (Chef) was?: This was a dinner not a class. We only saw the chefs on the TV screen on the wall until after dinner. We never did get to see Angelo to thank him. JP came out to mingle with the crowd.

The atmosphere was: It was great. Our table mates also happen to be regular visitors of the state of Maine. These people also dine in many of the restaurants the we enjoy. They\'ve also met and know several of the chefs that we\'ve met. So our conversation was very interesting and enjoyable.

Complexity of the information provided: Only got to eat it. We thoroughly enjoyed every mouth full.

I would start the event at 6:30. There was alot of prep work to do to serve 200 people all at the same time and it got a bit lengthy. I evening was wonderful and lots of fun. I enjoyed the food and wines very much. I might add that we could rate the wines also in the war between teh French and Italian

Complexity of the information provided: No recipes were provided. I think that would be a nice addition for the next cookoff.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: a lot of the people want more of this,maybe smaller at your place different chefs.....

I don't think you could improve on anything. It was quite delicious and very exciting to just be there.

We would like to have learned more about the preparation of the courses as we thought that there would be more demonstration. Also, we don't know if you announced won the competition. Try to move things along faster...

The Instructor (Chef) was?: We made our own fun at our table and the emcee was quite fun too. I want to mention that the wait staff was outstanding and they were working very hard to serve everyone as quickly as possible. However, the night seemed very long...

The atmosphere was: The commentary coming from the kitchen was difficult to hear because of the amount of people in the restaurant, but I suppose there is nothing you can do about that. It was very loud in the restaurant.

Complexity of the information provided: I had a hard time distinguishing the two wines served with the courses as they seemed very similar. The dessert wine was delicious!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The risotto was the best dish. The seabass was okay and the filet was totally overcooked, but my companion's filet was rare as was the French-sytled filet. (another thing that you probably couldn't avoid because of serving such a large number at one time). I have dined at Casa D'Angelo and have always had an outstanding meal, so this was somewhat disappointing.

The Skills that you learn were: French was better than good! I scored French on top of Italian for every course, except the risotto. The sea bass was outstanding as was the orange sauce of beets, carrots and potato! The filet was very good too and cooked just to my liking (rare). The dessert was superb and I wasn't sure I would like it.

Would you come back: Yes, I would do this again and would enjoy a different concept as well.

More projections of what is going on in the kitchen. Not everyone could see the projection on the side wall.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: one of the best nights I've had in Fort Lauderdale!

The atmosphere was: Great atmoshpere. The emcee was great fun and our wait staff were cheery, gracious and all around fabulous

Complexity of the information provided: Good choices, paired well with the food.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Delicious.

The Skills that you learn were: Outstanding (I still love the potato gratin)!

Would you come back: Our entire table is still talking about the night and we cannot wait until next year (hopefully there will be a next year!) so we can bring more friends.

The night was to long. There was way to much food and there were to many people in attendence. People were having dessert in the back two rooms and everyone in the front of the restaurant had alsready left.

Better location, Meaning we need a better view of the kitchen and Better wines.... The wine selection was not good. The Chianti Did not pair well with the meat dish, and the dessert wine was not "DOLCE" which is a dessert wine from Napa Valley
