I have attended previous classes taught by Brian and once again, his food was outstanding. Brian is very thorough in his explanations and is very happy to answer all questions. Can't wait for his return.

I had a fun time. It appeared that the chef was preparing dishes that he normally did not do. I would have prefered to learn to cook one of his specialties or something he was more familiar with. I would have liked to spend less time on dessert and more time on appertizers and main course.

We love Brian and all his delicious creations. Our only comment is that perhaps the donut dessert could have been used at another time as it took time and seemed to make it a late(r) evening. The scallops and cod were delicious and we are eager to try them at home! PS love your Lampe Berger lanterns, Chef!!! Thanks for a fun night.

This was my first visit to the Chef Jean Pierre Cooking School and I'm looking forward to my next. Chef Rutherford was great and the food was amazing!
