Everytime I come, I learn something new. Saturday we learned you CAN put a stainless steel bowl in a microwave!!! Who knew!!

Great fun with lots of useful knowledge and techniques. Questions are always answered in a manner that makes you feel it was important. I learn so much for just an afternoon that I keep coming back!!!!!!!

Great class. Chef Rob was great and is a excellent instructor. I always enjoy taking classes from him. Thanks again for a great time.

The whole process is a work of art. I am amazed that "Z" and the other kitchen help can make it so easy. From years of cooking I know that if I had to do all that they do by myself, the day would have been a lot more tiring.

The class was great. And we got an education on all aspects of chocolate. It was great to be able to see the process from growing the bean to the different uses and tastes of the final product.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Its chocolate ...... what's not to LOVE :) Would you come back: Chef Rob was a lot of fun, I had no idea how much work went into making chocolate, and I have a new appreciation for chocolate now.

Chef Rob's classes have always been fun. It seemed intimidating at first but Chef Rob made it simple, manageable and plausible. It's a very good class!

loved the fact that the class was small and therefore Chef Rob and his assistant could really help us.

The atmosphere was: it was a good group and everyone got along Complexity of the information provided: Tempering the chocolate seemed to take a lot of practice. Interesting to see but not sure I will do it. The Truffles and Mousse I would say afe complex but I will do them. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Just the thing for a sexy dinner The Skills that you learn were: The trick of using the chocolate to decorate the inside of the mousse glass was great. these are the little tricks that make y our food look really great
