PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back the written recipe handouts...they were truly missed!!! It's one thing to take notes, but trying to write down the entire recipes took away from watching how the Chef was preparing it!!

You should put together a container of cheese and crackers for an appetizer for purchase while chef is cooking
