The Instructor (Chef) was?: You were pleasant and full of knowledge and many helpful hints.
The atmosphere was: Everyone attending was upbeat and experienced a fun day. The kitchen help couldn't have been nicer (or kinder to those of who lacked cake icing skills, smile).
Complexity of the information provided: The recipes were exactly right allowing the student to easily follow the steps with no single person holding up the class. It all flowed beautifully.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I don't know if I'd call a carrot cake succulent. But I would call it to die for (well, not literally). Hmmmmmm, egg whites or carrot cake for breakfast right now? Tough decision-- not. Pass the cake knife.
The Skills that you learn were: But I need a lot of practice with that cake slicing and icing and decorating. Hmmmmmm, more cake in my future?
Would you come back: EVERYone enjoyed themselves, got along, and helped each other. Pleasant and fun comments between participants could be heard all during the class. It was a cake baking party!
