The Instructor (Chef) was?: As always Chef Jean Pierre was delightful and funny.

The atmosphere was: Except there was a man that was trying to get lots of attention with his jokes.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean Pierre is always entertaining. That is part of the reason that I take these classes. It's very enjoyable plus I learn a lot.

The atmosphere was: Although there was a man that kept getting up to take a cell phone call and ended up standing next to me talking on the phone. Could people that choose to take their telephone calls be asked to take them outside? Just a thought.

Complexity of the information provided: I'm not a good cook; however, I have benefited from these classes greatly. I find if something is dificult, I can ask all the questions I want and they get answered thoroughly without making me feel that I should have known that.

Would you come back: I love the classes. It's dinner & entertainment. Gift certificates from your cooking school is always what I ask for at Christmas & my birthday. I have recommended your school to several people because I enjoy it so much.

The atmosphere was: Except for the obnoxious person in the front row who told off-color jokes and was an attention seeker.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Chicken was good but sauces were succulent.

The atmosphere was: People in class were nice and I liked that Jean Pierre answered all our questions in a friendly manner

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Liked all the food but I prefer white meat chicken...will certainly make all the recipes and the dessert was a treat!

The Skills that you learn were: I now put fresh garlic in ic cube trays and found the dozens of other hints most helpful

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Always a joy to watch the Chef perform his magic with the ingredients.

The atmosphere was: A small class made for an intimate atmosphere.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: All three dishes were new to me and I would serve each one for a dinner party. The cookies were pretty good also!

The Skills that you learn were: The lemon sauce was particully good.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The more butter and the more lemon on ANYTHING makes it wonderful!!!!

The Skills that you learn were: Was very interested in the different ways to chop or slice and reasons for doing certain ways for certain recipes.

Would you come back: Both of my visits have been fun because of the chef, the assistants and the type of crowd present!

This was my first time at the cooking school and found the experience to be delightful. I learned about the "little things" that make a dish memorable. I hope I will do you proud at my upcoming dinner party.
