Complexity of the information provided: Enjoyed the encouragement to "add a bit of this or that " to change things up to meet your own personal desires.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The more butter and the more lemon on ANYTHING makes it wonderful!!!!
The Skills that you learn were: Was very interested in the different ways to chop or slice and reasons for doing certain ways for certain recipes.
Would you come back: Both of my visits have been fun because of the chef, the assistants and the type of crowd present!
