As soon as I walked in the kitchen area, I felt like I was walking into the kitchen of my mother in-law in Italy. He made everything from scratch and it tasted awesome.

First time in your place Enjoyed Jean Pierre and the beautiful shop. I live in Fisher Island.... so its a rough ride up at rush hour but was worth the trip. RICK STEVENS

Keep up the great cooking.It always amazes me how great the food tastes when using and mixing the right ingredients.

If possible, it would be nice to see a wine pairing with each main course written on each page. Also, if you could try kosher food one weekday per month and see if people show up since my wife is keeps kosher and I could bring her to more events other than fish nights.

Nothing really... I loved all the classes I attended at your school.

I was so excited to see this class offering. Chicken can be...repetitive and even a little boring. I was so happy to see that I now have four different ways to cook chicken, and very grateful for all the tips on how to make sure the chicken is succulent and tender. All the dishes were simply amazing, but I have to single out the heavenly Marsala sauce, which was such a wonderful feast for the senses! As always, Chef Jean Pierre was charming and fun, and his staff very nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back for a new class!

It was a great class Chef, I do think it would be nice if you could implement a Three Complaint Strike and you’re out policy in regards to Butter & Salt. It was a great evening, looking forward to my next class. :)

All dishes were delicious and the sauces were fabulous. Have already order Benton's Bacon. Would prefer smaller portions, though.

This was my first class since your expansion. I felt a little crowded with the seating arrangement, but really enjoyed the class. Thank you for a lovely evening.
