Perhaps do the apetizer first and serve as it was a very long wait for the food, and then it was all at once. It would then break it up a bit. But everything was excellent.

We always have a good time but this time was the best! The two chefs were absolutely hilarious while teaching us how to make a delicious French dinner. You can tell how much the entire staff loves doing what they do and it shows through everything they do. This was a great menu and we learned a lot as we enjoyed our evening.

I was at the Left Bank the night Jean Peirre took over. Went there for years. My wife and I's first date was at the left bank. The food was great there and here is even better. Jean Pierre is an amazing Chef.

Chef's mornay and cabernet sauces are absolutely heavenly. Nobody does it better than Chef Jean Pierre. Lianne is so gracious and helpful and Bradley is Chef's perfect wingman.

i have been attending chef's classes since he offered cooking classes at the Left Bank restaurant. Chef's classes always entertain me and the educational aspect is priceless. My husband and friends consider me a
'gourmet chef'! Thank you Chef. Another note, the store offers a great selection of products one would need. Quality appears to be the focus.

This was my first time attending and it will not be my last. The class was FUN, Chef Jean-Pierre was VERY entertaining and the food was GREAT. Already told at least a dozen people that they must attend one of these classes, if not for learning how to make the food presented, but for a great night out.

It would be nice if there could be some sort of opening statement, reminding people that they're there for fun, but to learn too, and to be aware of others. The noise was unbelievable, and I've been to Friday classes before and expected it, but not as bad as it was this time. (You can probably figure out who I am since I said something about it after the class.)

Chef always knowledgeable and entertaining. Some classes tend to attract large groups and with wine they sometimes get rowdy. Not sure how to keep them a bit more contained. Otherwise great class as always.

The new mirror is not quite wide enough for those sitting against the wall. If prep work is to the right of the cooktop then those in the audience against the south wall can not see but 1/4 of the reflection. Just an FYI

I would of liked to have been advised to arrive earlier for premium seating. As this was my first time, I had no idea what to expect. Also, they should put water bottles on each table so one doesn't have to keep walking up to to front and interrupt the chef and others to have a drink.

The atmosphere was: We were among a great crowd of regulars and first-timers alike. Everyone was friendly and we felt welcomed. Complexity of the information provided: Chef kept saying everything was very easy, and after he showed us his techniques, the entire meal is something we could do ourselves (minus the years of gourmet experience)! The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Honestly, we've never tasted anything like what we had that evening. It was a beautiful, succulent, melt-in-your-mouth experience. Can't wait to come back. The Instructor (Chef) was?: Very informative, friendly, funny, entertaining & on point! The atmosphere was: Some in the back were a bit interuptive but for the most it was a fun cheerful atomphere. I cannot stress that this venue should not be missed. What a great Friday night from same ole,same ole and I learned something. Complexity of the information provided: I learned a lot and look forward to additional classes/demonstrations. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Food was excellent. The Skills that you learn were: I am self-taught, so yes, I learned many skills and information I did not know. I purchased his book, 101 and look forward to many of his recipes. The ONLY downside, was that as the evening progressed, a couple of the guests became quite obnoxious as they became more and more intoxicated. They should keep their jokes to themselves. Other than that, it was a wonderful evening. Thank you:)

Complexity of the information provided: The mousse was a little more challenging...the recipe itself isn't difficult, but the application could be difficult....making sure the consistency of the yolk mixture is right, then adding the chocolate at the right temperature..and folding etc. The Skills that you learn were: It's always good to refresh and watch a professional tie, trim a fillet, whisk, fold etc. Would you come back: Class was great!

I enjoy cooking and entertaining and thought I knew much about food prep. and presentation. After one class however, I learned how to save more time and money in the kitchen. Chef JP's combination of do ahead recipes and demo on trimming a beef tenderloin were the best. And his ability to teach and entertain at the same time was masterful.

I am a non culinary trained yacht chef. I found the course both entertaining and informative. It provide me with a menu that I could use at the highest end of the industy and entertain my personal freinds with at the sme time. I strongly reccomend this course for anyone seeking to strengh their cooking skills in a fun way

The Instructor (Chef) was?: It was fabulous to learn so much in such an entertaining way The atmosphere was: Alot of "regulars' seemed to be familiar with both each other and the chef Complexity of the information provided: The food looked and tasted very complex but Chef Jean Pierre made it very easy to prepare. I was particularly impressed with the disregard to strict measurements of ingredients which gave me great confidence The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Working in yachting I would not hesitate to use this as an audition meal for future gigs The Skills that you learn were: I have detailed pictures of how to trim a beef tenderloin but nothing compares to watching someone actually doing itin real life. And it saves a great deal of money. Would you come back: I was there in a profesional capacity but had a great deal of fun and learnt alot.
