You all have a tried and true system that works. The food is delicious. Spontaneity and ad-libbing works well. Riley is a good straight man. You've created an atmosphere for learning and entertainment. Good combination.

Enjoyed everything last night but the sauce. Too much tomato paste, which made it more of a BBQ sauce. Don't let this comment spoil the review. We periodically eat lamb shanks, and appreciate learning the new preparation method, and understanding how to cook without overcooking the meat.

The rooms was either too cold (freezing) or a little on the hot side.

Didn't like the desert, too much butter taste and the sponge cake was dry, no flavor for the lemoncello and rum mix. The rest was great...and a lot of fun.

If this is possible make a mistake which is common to what you are cooking and then give the example on how to correct it.

My wife and I came with another couple. It was the first time for both of us. A delightful experience and yes, we hit isle 3 on the way out! thanks for a great night

Although the whole meal was very delicious, I think it was maybe a bit too monumental a task for the amount of time that evening. Perhaps starting the class earlier might have made it a little more relaxing for the chef. We will definitely come again.
