The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean-Pierre was funny and I loved that he asked us "Why?" food might act a certain way when he would explain something; he made us think, too :-)
The atmosphere was: Very fun chatting with other attendees and learning things from them, too.
Complexity of the information provided: we'll see how easy once we actually try it, but he made it LOOK easy!
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: OMG, it was fabulous
The Skills that you learn were: LOVED all the little tips here and there from both the chef and the other students
Would you come back: Absolutely, and we'll be bringing our mother and grandmother!
