I really enjoyed listening to Chef talk about his Mom and growing up. I sympathize with all of you on a diet, but I feel especially badly for Bradley who looked so hungry he might start gnawing on Chef's arm at any moment.

The class was a very relaxed atmoshpere which made it very enjoyable/interesting to learn. Would love to be a regular if I did not live so far away but i will take all the knowlegde while I am here. Thank you and see you on the 24th. Alice

The Skills that you learn were: No one ever says to preheat the frying pan to 365 degrees except Jean Pierre! I bought the thermometer so I too can saute as well as he can!

Would you come back: My husband took his first class 4 days ago and immediately asked if we could return and this was our second class in less than a week. He and I enjoyed the second class as much as the first.

Well.........Chef Rob is terrific, but it would be nice if Chef Jean-Pierre would schedule a few "hands on" classes as well.

The crepe class is another in a long-line of fun and informative classes. Chef Jean-Pierre was, as usual, charming and informative.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean-Pierre was funny and I loved that he asked us "Why?" food might act a certain way when he would explain something; he made us think, too :-)

The atmosphere was: Very fun chatting with other attendees and learning things from them, too.

Complexity of the information provided: we'll see how easy once we actually try it, but he made it LOOK easy!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: OMG, it was fabulous

The Skills that you learn were: LOVED all the little tips here and there from both the chef and the other students

Would you come back: Absolutely, and we'll be bringing our mother and grandmother!
