There is nothing you can do - just a note: Although he shows great tolerance, Chef JP does not deserve the rowdy and rude behavior of some members of the class. He commands my highest respect.

This was the best Thanksgiving dinner I've ever had. Chef was amazing, as always. Also have to give a shout out to Bradley for preparing the extensive mise en place.

This class was fantastic! Chef Jean Pierre made us feel like special guests and was incredibly entertaining! The food was delicious too. I would have actually licked my plate if I wasn't in a room full of people. We will be coming back very soon!

I wish people wouldn't talk so much so we could better understand and listen to the Chef.

Tell people to keep their conversations to a minimum. Many of them are rude.

This was a corporate Team Builder / Year End Event and we had a fantastic time! LeAnne, Chef JP, Bradley and Emma were courteous, professional, entertaining and went out of their way to make sure that the event was spectacular! Well Done and we will be back!

We started eating way too late! The class started at 7 p.m. and we didn't start eating till 9 p.m. Two hours of looking at and smelling food was torture. It would be nice to have an appetizer if the meal is going to take that long.

This was my first experience at the school and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The Chef and his sous Chef were great and the recipes and the food were delicious!
