This is a very unique dining experience. My wife and I prefer attending Chef JP's class than going to a regular restaurant. The cooking class is more than just a class. The class is entertainment with respect to the dialogue between JP and the audience and the humor of JP. It is more than just a cooking class. We learn to cook at the same time being entertained, delivered delicious food (appetizer, entree or two and dessert), and returning home in good spirits with our palates sending to our taste sensors of our brains the delicious flavor of the served dishes. The only problem with the class is that it is so good that my wife and I talk about it several times the next day such that we investigate when to attend the next time. God bless America !

It was really crowded--I know that's a good thing for business, though. But it was hard to get in and out of the chairs. Four fewer couples would have been great.

Chef J.P. is a wonderful, knowledgeable, entertaining teacher. I can't wait to take another class. We learn about more than just the recipes: we learn the "why" and the "how" of good cooking.

For the third time, we could use some snacks to start the evening. Most of us haven't eaten since lunch then have to wait to 9 or 9:30 for any food.
