I love the the way Chef teaches. The food is always exceptional. The crispy tarrago and garlic chicken was amazing last night. I had never had harissa braised chicken before,it was so good. If you want a great meal,entertaining evening and get a cooking lesson,you can not to better than His classes

Always interesting techniques to be learned. Chef's classes show simple basic procedures to insure positive results with any dish you prepare.

It was a very good experience and picked up a few tips also. I will definitely return for moe great food and learn how to do it myself at home

Every class that we've taken with Chef Jean Pierre has been value added. Whether we come away with new masterful tips and techniques, or just enjoyed an evening with other like minded foodies. We always walk away wanting more. Chef is a culinary expert who is excited to share his knowledge and masterfully achieves that in an inviting and humorous environment that he creates every time. It's a great night out on the town...great food, you up your game in the kitchen and laugh with everyone.

I think Chef JP should do less tasting in order to improve his diet. Should be one for the audience, like me, to do the tasting.

We enjoy Chef's Saturday night Couple's Only classes and took a chance on a mid-week, all chicken class. So glad we did! I loved this class even so far as to say that these were the best meals I've had to date. Chef was his usual "cooking is the easiest thing in the world" self (HA! If that were the case, I would be home cooking). Bradley, as always, was at the ready and had everything under control. Everything was scrumptious! Thank you, Chef!

It would be nice to have ten minutes at the end of class and have Chef Jean go over the tools and supplies in the store(what they do and what they are used for).

Learning to cook is just one part of this class. Its also using good quality ingredients.However,in order to have great food, you need quality pots and materials. As I use my new temperature gauge for my oil, I am finding that my pots have different temperature areas and need to be moved constantly. I will be buying my Swiss Diamond pots today.

The guy next to me was new to ccoking and was having a bit of trouble keeping up and did not know the basics. I suggested Cooking 101, but it does not start until August. He traveled up from Brickell Avenue for the course.
