We really like to go the cooking school. Everything was great. One thing I would wish for would be to eat something a little sooner I understand good thing come to those who wait, but it was nearly 2 hours before we had a bite to eat.

The food was exceptional and the Chef was very personable and informative, as always. It was a very fun night for us and for our guests.

Chef says "God Bless America" and I say "God Bless Chef Jean Pierre".Fort Lauderdale is incredibly fortunate that Chef and his crew are here to entertain, educate and enthrall us. I just had the most delicious risotto on the planet! Chef outdid himself with elaborate and labor-intensive dishes that rewarded us with a spectacular dining experience. I am amazed at his talent and willingness to share with visitors and residents. Bravo!

Thank you for the splendid dinner. It was truly fabulous. Wow! This is our new favorite class. Every single dish was perfection. I can't wait to make this dinner for my friends! And GOD BLESS AMERICA. ;-)
