we always seem to run out of water more quickly than expected. Not wanting to disturb the cooking demonstration, perhaps making more water accessible in the "audience area" could be better addressed.

We love the JP cooking demonstrations; and as snowbirds with lots of out of town guests, it's always a fun night out with friends. Looking forward to next season!

Great class, all dishes were delicious and learned the secret to making the perfect shrimp cocktail. As usual, Chef JP is so entertaining.

I had read one review that said that guests were eating out of their laps -- not true. The setting was very comfortable, the staff was terrific, and the food was excellent. I would challenge anyone NOT to have a good time!

Provide more advance info about parking options, e.g. put it on the website or include it on the "ticket" information.

This is the second time I've brought house guests to Chef Pierre's classes. In both cases it was the highlight of their stay with us. Dinner and an evening's entertainment all in one easy package is also a wonderfully easy way for the hosts to entertain their guests.

First time ever I was disappointed with a group of rude women in back of class. Spoke to chef and all is good. It takes away from his teaching when they are loud cause he can't speak over them. Overall I learned some amazing ways to cook shrimp.

I feel that the class had the perfect mix of entertainmaint, education and atmosphere. Chef JP was entertaining and informative without appearing to try too hard to be entertaining. I also enjoyed the back and forth between Chef JP and his assistant.

This was my second time - just love it. Wish you would come to Iowa! Love the shop - I stocked up on oil and vinegar. No improvement necessary!
