We enjoyed everything from the moment we walked thru the door! Beautiful display of wares, the lighting, & ascetics. Sparkly & clean! The class size was perfect & a good balance of fun, partipitation, & comfort to ask questions. Thank you all for a memorable evening!

We did think that we would do the cooking when we registered. Ultimately, we preferred the experience you provided. It was much more relaxing than cooking ourselves would have been (not to mention much better food prepared by an expert chef). It might help to be clearer about that upfront, though.

The evening was so much fun the food was fabulous, and I did learn a lot of really helpful tips! My only constructive criticism about the evening is to be mindful of people who have certain restrictions in their diets. When I chose the class I tried carefully to pick a menu that suited my tastes but also suited my husbands. It gets tricky so if you are able to omit something from a menu item that is great and if not make sure the guest is aware changes cannot be made because it becomes to complicated and uncomfortable to try and eat something you don't or can't eat. Maybe better to tell the guests due to the size of class that no changes can be made this way they can decide how big of a deal it really is when they buy the class. For me, I would have still bought this class even though I asked to have the red meat portion omitted. I was told it could be and I felt too awkward to remind the chef to omit it. Especially since I realize the menu is stated before I purchased the class and I had the option to purchase other courses. On a positive note: I have been to one other cooking class and this one was so much better! Just thought I would share in case you get someone who may make a big deal out of it. I plan to attend more classes and bring friends! Thanks and I hope my suggestion helps you to achieve even greater success!
