The Instructor (Chef) was?: As usual, JP had us rockin n rollin most of the nite.
The atmosphere was: Not as good as a lot of fridays, but real good for a tuesday.
Complexity of the information provided: Not too tuff for the experienced cook, yet still doable for those with minimal experience.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: These chicken dishes were delicious. The tenderness of the meat was unbelievable. Particularly liked the one with the lemon sauce.
The Skills that you learn were: Never been to a class where we didn't learn a trick or two.
