Not just a great, enjoyable experience but an informative one as well. I have learned so much over the years. I raved so much about the chicken class that two friends have asked for the brochures. We are planning future classes.

The kitchen and dining area were super clean!! Enjoyed hearing the cooking tips and receiving copies of the recipes. If we lived in Florida we could come to the classes all the time.

It's really hard to think of anything that's needed. Everything was wonderful. I would say the class should start at 7

This was my 4th class. Jean Pierre was a little more subdued than usual. He sounded as if he was fighting some congestion and looked as if he had a stiff neck. The class was small (Monday evening) and therefore it was a bit quieter than usual. Chef wasn't as lighthearted as usual. The food was still excellent, and I most certainly learned a few tricks. I LOVE the upgraded storefront and classroom!

You mentioned tables n chairs in your new class room. The sooner that happens the better. Oh and don't forget the white linen (maroon for those drinking red wine) table cloths and napkins. Also some hors d'oeuvres for those that haven't eaten since lunch.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: As usual, JP had us rockin n rollin most of the nite.

The atmosphere was: Not as good as a lot of fridays, but real good for a tuesday.

Complexity of the information provided: Not too tuff for the experienced cook, yet still doable for those with minimal experience.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: These chicken dishes were delicious. The tenderness of the meat was unbelievable. Particularly liked the one with the lemon sauce.

The Skills that you learn were: Never been to a class where we didn't learn a trick or two.

Would you come back: Always have and probably always will.

The Skills that you learn were: Chef, as long as I have been going, I always learn something new.
