I cannot think of anyway that the class could have been improved upon.

The addition of the new cooking and class room has been a big help. It is more comfortable and makes it easier to enjoy the class and learn more.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef JP is always a delight, full of energy, funny and a talented teacher.

The atmosphere was: Good group dynamics

Complexity of the information provided: Sophisticated menu but easily prepared

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The posk was over the top and the potatos were a real treat.

The Skills that you learn were: I will never cook pork without brining it first.

Would you come back: Best way to spend an evening in Fort Lauderdale if you love to cook or even eat.
