Dear Chef Jean-Pierre, This is Marsha and I enjoyed the Chicken class yesterday - I cannot seem to eat any chicken dish I make and I realized why: not enough seasoning. J'ai beaucoup apprise, un grand Merci et je reviendrai pour faire des chats. Merci, Marsha B.

It was a great class and fun night . I got a gift for Mother's Day from my daughter and we both had a great night out and learned new ideas how to transform chicken into a gourmet meal thanks chef.

My husband and my experience was so enjoyable! Very well worth it! We will definitely take more classes in the near future!

I cannot think of anything that would have improved upon this excellent class. The Chef was very entertaining and informative. I always learn so much in these classes and I have probably attended over 50 through the years. I keep coming back because I learn new things every time and because I have fun as well as enjoying a great meal!
