Thank you for always being at your best. The food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. Your diet has certainly been successful. May you continue to have good health with an occasional glass of wine on the weekend.

Chef Jean Pierre's ability to prepare extraordinary dishes while explaining his process in a way that an amateur can understand is an amazing talent in itself. However, no matter how kind and generous he is, I am always acutely aware that it is an honor and a privilege to learn from a renown chef for whom I have the utmost regard and admiration.

My family came as my guests..this visit to Chef Jean Pierre's cooking class was one of the high points in their visit. This is something I'll try to do with visitors again. We laughed, drank and ate a wonderful meal. Thank you Chef and staff for a terrific evening.
