I hate to admit it, but I miss dessert : (

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef's easy charm, humor and finesse shone. His culinary genius is unparalleled. Bradley's mise en place was exceptional as well.

The atmosphere was: Class members were hanging on every word. - we knew we were in the presence of Chef royalty with Jean Pierre.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Chef created his customary gustatory magic with fish and sauces fit for the Gods.

Would you come back: I would much rather attend a Chef Jean Pierre class than dine at any restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Couldn't decide which I liked best! Delish!

The Skills that you learn were: Great tips on balancing the acidity of your sauce to make it just right!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: We just love Chef JP!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: First class, as expected.

The Skills that you learn were: Chef JP was able to be flexible in his fish recipes due to him not being able to get certain fish he was planning on. He was able to improvise the fish preparation with ease and still make an incredible dish (which gives the rest of us an idea of how to be flexible when a receipe requires some changes!).

Would you come back: I have been to several of Chef JP's cooking classes and have always had a wonderful experience. The food is incredible and he makes it fun to cook. Will definitely keep coming back.
