We thoroughly enjoy Jean Pierre's cooking classes and his delicious dishes. The staff deserves compliments as well.

Unfortunately for us the dinners are served late in the evening past our normal meal time resulting in some gastric/sleep issues. Also the food, although very tasty, is extremely rich. I wonder if you might have considered designing a class that would highlight everyday foods made with JP's flair that were lighter. Just a thought!

Everything was great. I always learn cooking tips as well as have a fabulous meal. I especially liked last night for that and also for the chef's sharing that he makes mistakes too as in when he made his first apple cakes of the day. He explained what he did that caused a less than perfect cake and even showed us his "mistake". By the way, the not so perfect cake was as delicious as the second try.
