I cannot think of anyway the experience could be better. The instruction was informative while at the same time making things easy. Chef Jean-Pierre was lots of fun. I always learn so much at these classes and cannot wait to attend other classes. I have been attending classes for years and keep going back for others.

Met some old friends there and new acquaintances. There is always such a friendly, comfortable atmosphere it really make me want to go back often. Bradley is so nice and a big help to the atmosphere and the cooking. Antonio fits in so well even when the pots, pans, and dishes stack up that he has to wash he is always is jovial and polite.

Just a thought, for first timers like myself perhaps a note on the conformation e-mail about attire and parking. I called and asked what the proper attire was and about parking. The info was good, jeans & Polo shirt, no shorts or sandals, lots of lighted parking behind the building. One other thought, have you considered a discount coupon for attendees if they sign up that night for another class, say 10%

My first cooking class ever, I loved it! I am a snowbird and I am going to sign up for several classes between now and April 10th. Thank you for an enjoyable educational evening!

Three soups were plenty--maybe some snacks(crackers, bread sticks--a mint at the end. Air conditioning was a little tricky.

don't overwight previous comment--all the soups were excellent-on a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being best, we give them all 1-actually some of the best ever! My personal favorite was the shrimp & saffron bisque.
