The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef JeanPierre and his staff were professional, yet fun and entertaining. You could tell how much he enjoyed cooking and having us there to share his knowledge and love of food with.
The atmosphere was: Wonderful! People were relaxed, enjoying themselves, and learing from a top chef. Plus, there was wine! What else could one ask for?
Complexity of the information provided: Chef JeanPierre prepared dishes that looked complex, bet were actually relatively easy to prepare. And easy to make adjustments or personal enhancements if needed or desired.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The dishes were as as beautiful and colorful to appease the eye as they were a delight to the palate.
The Skills that you learn were: Some were very simple things, but will make such a difference in my cooking. Others were more technical, but still applied to the everday cook.
Would you come back: Since I was almost the last to leave, I'd say I enoyed myself VERY much! I can't wait to come back!
